- Returns and refunds policy
You can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you receives the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of E-learning services. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received.
Access to the Training.GarudaPublications eLearning website is governed by a unique password and code. The password and code is part of a system which protects the security of the resource and enable monitoring by Garuda Publications of usage by any individual. In the case of the request for a refund, Garuda Publications reserves the right to track usage by an individual (through his/her own unique code) of specific ‘pages’ visited; frequency of use; time period of use. No refund will be granted if Garuda Publications has cause to believe that an individual has undertaken significant usage of the resource OR has printed off selected material.
You must inform us (Garuda Publications) of your decision to cancel your order. You may submit your request by email to Sales@GarudaPublications.com giving details of the purchase to help us process the refund. We will provide an email acknowledgement of receipt. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item to Garuda Publications at 41 Beech Close, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 5RQ.
Effects of cancellation
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased and will also reimburse delivery charges for the least expensive type of delivery offered by us, no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. If reimbursement occurs after the maximum time period mentioned above, the amount due to you will as of right be increased.
Note that you must send back the goods to 41 Beech Close, Walton on Thames, Surrey KT12 5RQ no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email Sales@GarudaPublications.com and send your item to: 41 Beech Close, Walton on Thames, SRY, KT12 5RQ, United Kingdom.
- Personal and non-commercial use limitation
Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Services.
- Intellectual property
All rights reserved. No part of these services may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or stored in any forms or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the permission of the publisher.
The information contained in the services of Garuda Publications is believed to be correct at the time of manufacture. Whilst care has been taken to ensure that the information is accurate, the publisher can accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions or for changes to the details given.
